The hotel has been designed form scratch with wheelchair users in mind so you can easy access all the parts of the hotel. From the lobby to the spa and the pool. A ramp from the parking takes you straight into the hotel under the building. You can check in very convenient as you seated. The elevator also has a control panel that is accessible for wheelchair users. The hole menu at the hotel is written in Braille for people with sight disabled. The hotel is built with ramps everywhere so you don’t need to worry about accessing various levels. They have ramps for access to the pool. They even have ramps who stretch out over the water and down to the beach.

A-ONE Pattaya Beach Resort currently does not have wheelchair-friendly beach mats, or accessible docks/swimming rigs that allow for safe entry and swimming in the open water.
